15-Minutes Of Rehearsals
Nick Dorian writes: A lot has been blogged about our Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead rehearsals. However, very little has been said about our curtain-raiser, The Fifteen Minute Hamlet. Well … it’s time for a change.
As Chris works on his two lead actors for Rosencrantz & Guildenstern, the rest of the T4YP ensemble is hard at work with Nicole-Ann Thomas in perfecting the art of reducing the entire work of Hamlet into 15 minutes. Not exactly an easy feat mind you but thanks to the brilliant writing of Tom Stoppard, we have some guidance along the way. As usual, I will keep my words very short and sweet and let the pictures take over.
Look out for The Fifteen Minute Hamlet in the Main Lobby of klpac before every performance of Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead.
