Two people discover love – the beauty of it and also the nightmares it can bring upon all. Based loosely on the central theme of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, the characters take a journey through the beginnings of a relationship as it slowly evolves into a struggle to keep the love afloat. Soon enough, love turns to obsession and all hell breaks loose.
klpac’s Director-in-Residence, Helena Foo directs members of The T4YP Ensemble in their first physical theatre performance.

In the surreal world of 13 Bells, the Masked People stand above all as the rulers of the land. The young and naïve Elle has her mask taken away from her and is stripped of her insubordination. She is cast into the underworld of her society where she has to learn to live on her own two feet without her mask - in the process discovers the true meaning of freedom and how precious it is.
2008 saw The T4YP Ensemble explore the Malaysian identity. Devised entirely by the company, this performance series seeks to look beneath the surface of contemporary Malaysian issues which affect young people of today, giving them their say.

A medium frequently used overseas, this edition will be performed by The T4YP Ensemble under the direction of Nicole-Ann Thomas. Each cycle features different sets of plays, all produced in one day. Each piece is unique and will be a one-time showcase with NO repeats!
